Welcome to the Eagle AI Labs Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you”) in promoting Eagle AI Labs and its products, including Claw. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Eagle AI Labs Affiliate Program allows approved individuals and entities to earn commissions by referring new users to Eagle AI Labs products and services through tracked referral links.

2. Eligibility

To join the program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws
• Not be employed by or affiliated with a competing platform or business
  

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Referral Tracking & Commission

• Commissions are earned when a user you refer signs up through your unique referral link and engages in qualifying activity (e.g., active trading on Claw).
• Referral links are tracked via cookies. We are not responsible for users who delete cookies, use private browsers, or do not complete registration through your link.
• Commissions are calculated based on net revenue generated by referred users. Full commission rates and structures will be provided upon Claw’s public launch.
• No commissions will be paid for referrals made before Claw’s official launch. Referrals during the beta testing phase are not eligible for rewards.

4. Payouts

• Payouts will be made in USD via PromoteKit and Stripe.
• Minimum payout threshold and payout schedule will be defined and communicated upon launch.
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or obligations in their jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising
• Use language such as “guaranteed income,” “passive income,” or “get rich quick”
• Spam links or post them in irrelevant or unauthorized spaces
• Use bots or other automation software to refer non-human users.
• Use paid ads that impersonate Eagle AI Labs or mislead users
• Misrepresent Eagle AI Labs’ offerings, business model, or rewards program
• Engage in self-referrals or referral fraud of any kind
  

Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Eagle AI Labs branding assets strictly for promotional purposes under this program. You must not modify our logos or content without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Inactivity over a prolonged period
• Misrepresentation of Eagle AI Labs
• Regulatory or compliance concerns
  

Upon termination, all unpaid or pending commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eagle AI Labs is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. We make no guarantees of earnings or success.

9. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Disclaimer

Participation in the affiliate program does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Eagle AI Labs. You act as an independent promoter at your own risk.
