By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction, and that you are using the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

In the event of any contradiction or inconsistency between this Risk Disclosure Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Eagle AI Labs, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
